EMDR Therapy

IFS Therapy
IFS (Internal Family Systems) is another transformative therapy that helps you understand and heal different parts of yourself. By working with these “inner parts,” we can release emotional burdens, reduce triggers, and foster a sense of calm, balance, and greater self-compassion.
Individual Counseling Sessions
I offer 45-50 minute counseling sessions, typically held once a week. These sessions provide a safe and compassionate space for you to explore and work through life’s challenges. I provide both in-person and virtual appointments for your convenience, with availability during the day and evening on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays.
